(i)Production of personal protective equipment for healthcare providers. (ii)Use its purchasing and logistic operations to start delivery of newly manufactured medical textiles as soon as possible. (iii)is letting global organizations use the reach of H&M social media channels, to spread their messages around health and safety addressing the COVID-19 situation (Red Cross, StC). (iv)The H&M Foundation commits USD 500,000 to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund: efforts to track and understand the spread of the virus, to ensure patients get the care they need, frontline workers get essential supplies and information, and to accelerate efforts to develop vaccines, tests, and treatments. (v)The H&M Foundation is also supporting The GoodCause Foundation (Sweden) and their new initiative GoodHelp (GodHjälp) with SEK 1 million: to offer a reliable national digital tool that matches people who shouldnt visit stores (for their and society’s best, i.e. risk groups) with volunteers.
